Namibia Accommodation

In the tradition of desert hospitality Namibia does not disappoint, and provides a solution for every budget and preference, across the length and breadth of the land and the variety of activities and destinations it has to offer. In the south, at Ai-Ais, Lüderitz or the spectacular dunes of Sossusvlei, you have the option of luxury hotels or tented camps, or of roughing it and experiencing the harsh beauty of the land in campsites or on guest farms on the edge of the Namib.

Windhoek offers traditional hotels or B&B’s in colonial era “castle” homes in the residential areas, while Swakopmund, Walvis Bay and Henties Bay have a variety of accommodation options that cater for every desire of comfort or adventure. Do the German hospitality and food thing at picturesque inns, or share the salt sea breeze and fog with holiday makers in basic self-catering cabins. Etosha and the wild northern destinations are equally accommodating in terms of budget and luxury options, with an increasing number of basic campsites and food offerings being operated by local communities.
